Expect questions about your motivation to join, your long-term goals & an opportunity to ask us about anything at an early stage.

Professional interview

We will welcome you to our HQ to talk about how your professional skills & values align with ours. Our goal is to check how we could work together within our team.

Expect a professional test or case study (relevant to your track), questions about how your past work experiences & situations have shaped you & a value-driven conversation about how you would handle challenging situations with us.

Partner interview

We will have you back for a chat with 2 of our Partners, who will want to see your potential & how you would fit into the team & long-term vision of IncepTech.

Expect a laid-back, but deep conversation about your motivation, values & drive.
