Drive the competitiveness of the university by reimagining the ideal student journey from identifying and attracting top talent to their transition to becoming active alumni at scale.
Solution
We restructured how students should be nurtured within the institution, providing personalized assistance through an automated “Digital Mentor” at scale, identifying and building on their competencies systematically, to guide student decisions while digitally enabling the institution’s everyday operations at the same time.
Impact
University processes were rebuilt to pave the way for industry-leading practices and the Digital Mentor; while 15000+ issues were solved, 5000+ certificates generated, resulting in a 5% efficiency increase among the staff.
